The harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity is available in all 24 official EU languages, as SVG and PDF, in colour and black and white. The files here are the European Commission’s originals, unmodified. Online the colour version is required; black and white is only for contracts concluded offline, such as in a shop.

What you must not change
Nothing. Annex I of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 states that none of the elements of the harmonised notice can be edited: no other colours, no cropping or stretching, no own QR code, no own translation. The QR code leads to the section on the legal guarantee of conformity of the Your Europe portal, in the language concerned.
